PAS officers still enjoy judicial / magisterial powers in AJK, GB and some parts of KPK. CCI has accepted in principle the revival of executive magistracy but the issue is still pending because of political turmoil and uncertainty in the country.
One restored, judicial powers will result in good governance and better services delivery
