Topic is the Pak geo strategic importance: a blessing or misfortune.
Let's say my opinion is that it's a blessing
So I will try to justify it.
But there are few factual things that refer that it's also a misfortune.
Of course, I will give more focus on the "blessing" thing but will also briefly discuss "misfortunes" if they can't be ignored
