After reading the link, it would be easier to understand the chapter on Berkeley in Russell's book.

For Hegel, Kant, and Plato (in fact, for entire Western Philosophy), I'd highly recommend a book called "Do I Know?" by Nadeem Qasir, if you don't have much prior knowledge of Western philosophy. It has been designed for school level philosophy students and gives a very simple and precise introduction to western philosophy. After reading that book, you can easily understand the material from Russell's book. I've scanned and uploaded a few pages from the book:

Hegel: https://drive.google.com/folderview?...k0&usp=sharing

Kant: https://drive.google.com/folderview?...zA&usp=sharing

Plato: https://drive.google.com/folderview?...2M&usp=sharing
Just read the first page of chapter on Hegel and came here to comment that Pleasures of reading philosophy is like no other pleasure.
