30 minutes walk , 15 cycling , jumping 15 minutes and dance 10 minutes
After that:
One big cup of hot water mixed with one tea spoon honey and essence of two lemons.
Breakfast:
Bran Flakes after one hour
After half hour coffee or tea without sugar and milk
Eat apple or carrot or corns after 3 hours
Go for grape fruit (chakotra) after 3 hour
Now it is time of dinner at 6pm
Boil rice with yummy soup of veges + chicken/mutton/beaf as you like
