Actually, I have heard many a time that if you mention CSS/PMS etc., the panel assume that the interviewee won't remain in the very department which he is going to join after the interview. Obviously, many CSS/PMS aspirants have a edge in studies and general knowledge as compared to their fellows. That's why, I was confused whether to mention it or not.
