HUMAN RIGHTS.
Freedom of conscience
Freedom of thought
Freedom of expression in a sense that consoles collective liberty
freedom of movement
freedom of beliefs

How war on terror has has contributed to the growing abuse of human rights

Missing persons
stern laws (Protection of Pakistan Ordinance,PATRIOT Act,LAWS ENACTED BY ARAB COUNTRIES)
bar on freedom of expression (ARAB STATES)
bar on freedom of movement
Indiscriminate killings (drones, military operations)

BUT

Terrorism is itself an excess so, its eradicating measures will also be excessive

CONCLUSION.
Dear i think u are right in one direction regarding war on terror. But what you have taken of "growing abuse" and "contribution"
In my view when there is contribution, it means there are other contributors other than terrorism. Therse were also to be mentioned.
In growing abuse i think u nust have written about human rights abuse before 9 11. This is my point of view and what do u think ?
