To the PW, you have to gather solid evidences to support your case before filing a suit. In my opinion, this is unjust that the candidates securing more marks than 70 are not considered for the second test, while some candidates, due to quota rules, are selected for the second test even though their marks are below 60.

I repeat, this should happen in the final phase, not in the initial phase. And a better thing for you would be to gather information regarding it from the previous tests for NAB conducted by NTS.
