Would you like to share the detail of injustice made by NTS for selection of candidates for Psychological Test?

If a person with 71 marks is rejected and having marks 57 is selected than what do you say about criteria?

Criteria is defined multiple times on this forum by many members and by Hussain Qureshi also. 57 marks merit is against minority quota. For punjab open merit is 72 and i think for 1 post, 10 candidates are seclected for psych test, a total of 260 candidates.

In my opinion there is no discrimination and all candidates have been selected on merit

I have maintained marks record of all candidates of DDs belonging to Sindh province. All above 60 marks have been shortlisted, even if he/she appeared from other province, nd not even a single candidate has been left out. This shows the transparency of NTS/NAB. Also no candidate with lower marks has been shortlisted.
So better understand the shortlisting criteria which is governed by quota nd scoring trend of that province.

What actually happened in the earlier tests was that that in the initial test, a cut off limit was set for the whole country. And only in the final stage, the candidates were short listed based on their regional quota. See the example of EOBI recruitment in the previous year.

To the PW, you have to gather solid evidences to support your case before filing a suit. In my opinion, this is unjust that the candidates securing more marks than 70 are not considered for the second test, while some candidates, due to quota rules, are selected for the second test even though their marks are below 60.

I repeat, this should happen in the final phase, not in the initial phase. And a better thing for you would be to gather information regarding it from the previous tests for NAB conducted by NTS.

Regards, and I hope no one is offended by it.

NTS should be banned in Pakistan, the staff of FPSC should be doubled or tripled and all recruitment should be done through FPSC. NTS ne keero makoron ki tarhan jobless logon ko samjha aur jazbaat ke saath khela hai berozgaaron ke, khaas taur pe NAB ki recruitment mei. File cases against all NTS directors. Thorough scrutiny of NTS should be done.

A candidate who even don't know about selection criteria, quota system and service rules, shouldn't be selected even if gets 100/100.
