I agree to most of the observations made by the examiners because i appeared in CSS 2005. But may I know the source of this analysis.
Have a look at following:
7.39. English (Précis & Composition) The performance of the candidates was simply deplorable as only 23 percent of the candidates could obtain qualifying marks i.e. 33%....
The qualifying marks for all compulsory subjects including English (Precis) is 40% i.e. 40 out of 100.
