Your outline lacks proper introduction. Make the factors more objective by narrowing down to a case study for example Pakistan. Develop a solid thesis. Your outline badly lacks the thesis. Then discuss what are the disadvantages of a turbulent demo. PointNo.14
is not at the proper place.Adjust it somewhere else like in the start or in conclusion. I hope you got my points. One thing more that do not write so long headings. Just be brief and write down proper title. For example point no 7 explains nothing. I mean what is state security commission. Make it more lucid by writing down like "Poor Performances or Naegative role of state security commission.
