Secondly; clear the ambiguity regarding general ability part of the science paper, would it be subjective? If so, then what about math menu in the required field?
I am a political science graduate, there was no math stuff in my academic record except matric level.
My question is, preparation of matric level maths would be sufficient in order to crack the paper or we ( the students with no maths background except matric) have to prepare maths in detail i.e of intermediate level or more?
I don't think there are any authentic model paper sets available in the market. Even if there are such papers, those would be guess papers provided by academies or Exam cram series by Jahangir series. However, it must be noted that syllabus of almost every optional as well as compulsory paper has been changed so following such model papers would be like throwing arrows in the dark.

Open up the syllabus of subjects and try to cover at least 60 to 70% of the syllabus and believe me you won't need any of those model/guess papers.

And neither will FPSC release any such model papers before the exam.

Regarding the ambiguity of general ability paper, as I have said earlier if the FAQs make it clear that it will be subjective then it will be subjective. I also explained earlier that if such questions are to be subjective the simple idea of such questions is that those will be same as that of GRE GAT maths but there won't be any choices and you'll have to solve it and find the answers yourself that will make it subjective.

Now coming to it's difficulty level, as it includes basic maths then I guess it's level would be upto matric maths.

Practice basic maths of matric along with GRE GAT and intelligence test's maths but without consulting the choices given and find answers on your own.

Moreover, the ability part is 40% so focus more on 60% part and try to crack the 40% part by practicing maths.

JazakAllah
