Thanks God there is no issue like 30th June for me because cheque was released in the favor of Rector of the institute due to which the funds will go to university account first and then university will issue me a cheque containing my funds. Therefore there is no need to worry for. "This info is given by a PhD scholar at my institute who has already received his funds months ago" (reliability will be confirmed tomorrow). I was admitted to MS leading to PhD (September category). Funds were released on 11-06-15, therefore these have reached to university and moved to university account (hopefully).......... So if this all info is valid then there is no need to worry for those whose cheques were in the favor their institutes.
