my university did not receive any funds but as per hec they have released my funds and i can collect check from hec islamabad but have to process it through university.....i asked this thing from them about a month ago. they said if possible collect check from hec islamabad or we will send it to your address. whats your source of 29th june deadline news?

Dear Scholar,

This is to inform you that your funds has been released vide cheque # 032721. Please find the copy of Debit Advice attach.

Note: Please be informed if the cheque not been presented/utilized before 26th June 2015, the amount will be lapsed so you are advised to pursue your case in your university for the disbursement of the funds.

I received their email today that they have transferred my funds. Unfortunately Its too late to get it from my university as its 29 June. Now what will be the solution of this problem if one fails to receive his cheque within time?

Actually i got funds before i got this email. And it is for Mphil and Ph.D. i got first installment 570000.

Contact your university. You can get your cheque from your respective department.

Thanks God there is no issue like 30th June for me because cheque was released in the favor of Rector of the institute due to which the funds will go to university account first and then university will issue me a cheque containing my funds. Therefore there is no need to worry for. "This info is given by a PhD scholar at my institute who has already received his funds months ago" (reliability will be confirmed tomorrow). I was admitted to MS leading to PhD (September category). Funds were released on 11-06-15, therefore these have reached to university and moved to university account (hopefully).......... So if this all info is valid then there is no need to worry for those whose cheques were in the favor their institutes.

I have confirmed it now all provided info is correct and I don't have any issue like 30th June now but I have to provide original award letter to release my funds which hasn't yet received. So I have to wait again or visit hec for letter now..........

Default HEC Approved Supervisor
I need some help regarding admission in Ph.D. I want to get admission in Ph.D Mass Communication at University Of Central Punjab. But there is only one HEC Approved supervisor in concerned department while it is mentioned on HEC Website that there should be at least two HEC approved supervisor in the department. Please anyone have information regarding this???.

you have to meet hec requirments . better confirm it through phone.
