Well, if so why they waste their and bureaucrats time in STP.
What is the purpose of STP then?
If they can not make dab hand a bureaucrat in the pertinent field?
in my opinion it would be a blunder if they change it.

Bro appraisal in else thing. It is not practical and will not happen. Even in Britain it isn't applicable. Their inductions are almst the way every other country do. for one or two group it could be an exception but overall structure won't change. They are just rumors. No credible sources.

Monk, dude the media sources are just creating a blasphemy, you see the mphill one source was javed chaudhary's website and tribune for that 16 yrs rumor. It is just a rumor. Except for one or two groups it won't be applied even if it is applied. You see for PAS one need to have a degree in public administration, urban planning, revenue based degrees. Consider for psp, law criminology like degrees. How many of us do have it. For accounts group an exception could be expected but other groups wont change.
