I am also so confused if i should go for business administration or opt for G&PP of which I have no background. Two of the topics in HRM , performance and compensation management and training and development were infact two specialization courses offered for MBA HRMs . The syllabus is two broad. Its a 100 marks paper and covers more than an entire semester of MBA .
