Deep down I feel bad and perforated after seeing people of extraordinary caliber failing and people with below average, close-to-normal literary skills and mental acumen passing CSS. But this is how things are supposed to work in an apparently imperfect yet stunningly congruous world.

A genius, a Doctor, struggling and relentlessly trying to get a closed-ended, mentally grueling, ethically controversial place in a system well-crafted by spineless Sahibs, leaving a profession which got the label of the best profession by the greatest Man walked on Earth.
