If a federal government organization invites applications for its project from qualified candidates such as CAs, ACCAs, PIPFAs, MBAs etc and mentions that jobs are purely 1 year contract and does not declare performance based permanency or any extension, what does that mean? will it permanent employees ? what is general practice of contract based employees. ?
