Very true. Those who supervise even lack what the scholar has studied and done. Due to scarcity of talent hunt, originality and creativity .We just manipulate data and get degree while universities have become printing machines to print degrees since we need degree/rubbish papers (manipulated ones) not talent to survive in Pakistan. It's a cyclic process since one has to complete research in specified semesters while the enrollment fees add fuel to the fire.We need marks and grades rather real potential.
