introduction : free speech is an idea of expressing opinion and speaking out freely ,which is solely the product of western philosophy of liberalism. it has been advocated by western media and societes vociferously. however, it becomes a lethal weapon if it is used without responsibility ,ill intent and outside its limitations. moreover, technological advancements have made free speech even more dangerous phenomenon. while recent blasphemous acts and subsequent riots are testimony to its devastating misuse, western countries are still defending its free speech idea under the pretext of protecting democratic norms and principles. quite surprisingly, this practice has also revealed double standards of western countries more lucidly. even though,many prominent figures have spoken against its irresponsible use ,and islamic teachings in this regard are no exception. yet it is necessary to put limitations on free speech which will require appropriate steps to ensure its proper use.

Overall the paragraph is good. In the introductory sentence there is a little bit of adjustment required. You have to make the topic sentence of your introduction clear. Don't make it confusing by expanding it a lot. Apart from it, I find the paragraph clear and to the point. Keep your sentences short, as it keeps you safe from providing vague idea to the reader. And most importantly, next time write with correct punctuations and capitalization.
