So what is possibility of of being permanent ? There are lots of guys who going to interview for this project, who are ACCAs, CAs, MBAs, ICMAs etc perhaps doing permanent jobs somewhere i Pakistan, therefore should they join the company based on its mere intention to confirm or extend the contract. This is GOP company( comes in Federal Govt) I want to know only what has been its past practice regarding 1 year contract based job?
