It written in the advertisement that the positions to be filled for PIU 2X660 MW coal fired power project is purely on 1 year contract.

It means, for one year employees would be on contract basis, after that it will depend upon the authority to decide confirmation / extension of contract etc

So what is possibility of of being permanent ? There are lots of guys who going to interview for this project, who are ACCAs, CAs, MBAs, ICMAs etc perhaps doing permanent jobs somewhere i Pakistan, therefore should they join the company based on its mere intention to confirm or extend the contract. This is GOP company( comes in Federal Govt) I want to know only what has been its past practice regarding 1 year contract based job?
