PAKISTAN- INDIA Peace plan.....My analysis Your views?
- in the foreign Secretary level talk few agreements should be made
- * declare control line completely neutral .For this purpose there is a need to place UN armed forces that should be place on both sides of border
if possible then place few number of UN soldiers on both side of border
- these UN peace keeping troops must perform regular petroling to keep on eye on insurgency or infiltration of any kind
- these troops must use various signals to contact each other to inform which area of border is more suspicious then only one side of border should act and neutralize that enemy
- troops should be equipped with silent weapons like sniper
- at the end of each day UN troops on both sides must contact to share information with each other so that day by day situation would get better
- in this way the co ordination between troops strengthen provided that troops will perform regular petroling being close to each other at most important and suspicious areas of border .
- in this way neither pakistan or india would complain for cross border firing
- the further advancement and implementation of this agreement must carried out at DGMOS meeting as where UN troops should be placed on both side
- DG rangers and DG bsf should done the rest
- Solution to Kashmir issue is same as here too UN peace keeping troops should be placed and indian armed forces should completely empty this place .in this way through the placement of UN troops INDIAN complain about pak to support insurgency should be gone.
- IN UN TROOPS either indian or pakistani troops should be placed or completely foreign one
- indian insistence of passage to access pak should be denied at secretary level meeting
- pak need to ensure india that there would be no access to Afghanistan through pak till pakistan will not settle issues with Afghanistan because right now there is no consensus development between Afghanistan and pakistan
- another point is that there should be agreement of meetings between intelligence agencies of two countries RAW and ISI
- in this meeting both agencies should accept and stop insurgent activities and proxy wars either through foreign or national land
- this meeting between two agencies should be done as many times possible in year to ensure that no other mischievous act can take place
- this meeting will ensure co ordination and peace plan should be advance further to Afghan istan
