Q2: why JPCL hire highly qualified professionals like CAs, ACMAs, ACCA's & MBAs at BPS16,17,18 for its coal implementation project , which will be finished after 8 years, if it has to hire purely on 1 year contract? and who will work for remaining 7 years, ? No one is stupid here , will leave his permanent job and will join JPCL for just 12 months. I know one year contract is written Advertisement, but my common sense says 1 year is just like a probationary period or it may be extended for another year, but soon after all staff will be made permanent.
