I guess privatization of JPCL will take place on December 2016 (not sure). NPGCL hiring process is also pending(i think due to similar issue) and it's more than 8 months. Let's hope for the best!!

Is there any update regarding to interview process?? Is anyone contact to JPCL HR?

Nope , no updates yet, yesterday i dialed their number but no one picked phone call..

Privatisation commision has asked JPCL to fill only those vacancies which are mandatory and critical for the company, purely on one year contract ( not permanant ). Therefore number of vacancies might be decreased.
Interviews will take some time.

Dear, do you have any information of NPGCL recruitment process ?
Its almost 7 months since the last day of interviews for Junior Engineer Electrical.

I think NPGCL case is somewhat different as it has taken 209 days (6 months 25 days) so far which shows that there is a problem on its management and not ministry.

One reason for such a delay might be that the employees whose childs were not able to reach to the interview would be trying their level best to cancel the process.

Q1.Dear , which post are critical? are these below than BPS16? Q2: why JPCL hire highly qualified professionals like CAs, ACMAs, ACCA's & MBAs at BPS16,17,18 for its coal implementation project , which will be finished after 8 years, if it has to hire purely on 1 year contract? and who will work for remaining 7 years, ? No one is stupid here , will leave his permanent job and will join JPCL for just 12 months. I know one year contract is written Advertisement, but my common sense says 1 year is just like a probationary period or it may be extended for another year, but soon after all staff will be made permanent.
