No, I don't think the ideological state of Pakistan tolerates leftist thoughts hence it would not tolerate lefty thoughts in Islamiat or Pak Affairs papers. Most likely you'd be considered an infidel and a traitor. So better to be 'liberal' and 'PakNationalist' though in moderation with progressive outlook.
Though anyone can see the apparent contradictions in these stances but...better safe than sorry.
