My Father, Shafiq Ullah Khan Bittani, passed his CSS, PCS (PMS) and an MA exam all in one year in the year 1973 just after B.A. He was from the 3rd common, joined Fed services as SO of the OMG and remained in positions ie Secretary custom, NAB and his last designation was DFA Cabinet. He was the only Candidate who came out with flying colors in both exam in same year. This is intelligence, this is wisdom and this is patriotism but nobody knows him, quite a pity.
