I had my interview today at regional office Islamabad and it went quite well as interviewers had a frank approach. So no need to worry.
I have heard that although job is contractual but nbp current employees are working there since last 30 years on the same contract i.e. Contract is renewed several times. However there will be gratuity instead of pension.
