thanx for sharing your experience, my interview is scheduled tomorrow at FTC center: facing same situation as u are. currently working as OG-11 almost at the same package that nbp is offering, i was expecting that trainee officers will be permanent ...but now for me it does not make sense to switch at a contractual based job

Guys I think this job was permanent nature, why an organization will waste resources & time of 6 weeks class room training & 24 weeks on job training. I didn't feel any thing like contractual job while my interview totally based on my current job experience my current salary was 43k plus which I told to panel.

No It's never mean that contract period end job end. policies change with passage of time and it may be renew the contract or its status may be change to permanent.

I had my interview today at regional office Islamabad and it went quite well as interviewers had a frank approach. So no need to worry.
I have heard that although job is contractual but nbp current employees are working there since last 30 years on the same contract i.e. Contract is renewed several times. However there will be gratuity instead of pension.

Current foreign minister
discussion about thesis as I have done MS finance
Unearned revenue vs unrecognised revenue
Difference between revenues, gross profit and net income
Date of birth of M. Ali (boxer)
What are G8 countries. Name them
Define operaring expense and capital expenditure
Current monetary policy of pak - expansionary

Btw at the end I have following remarks: it was honourable opportunity to be here for interview. I'll be looking forward to get positive response from your side
The panel constructively appriciated this approach.

Islamabad ? Then why they have called people including me to lahore ?
