umer bher kee khushiyaan saraab kerkey

baddal gaya hai woh chahatoun sey faraz
meree aadatoun ko kharab kerkey...

har adawat pey muhabbut ko saja ker milna
rasm e duniya hai meri jan haqeeqat ko chuppa ker milna

jis ka kirdaar hai sitaroun kee terha roushan
kitna dushwaar hai us shaks ko ja ker milna

tum muhabbut ko bhee fareib sumujhtey ho faraz
uskee ada hai jub bhee milna nigahoun ko jhuka ker milna
