This is a well though out and comprehensive outline.
The question arises that can you justify the arguments mentioned?
I am not expert at Essay. Joined recently and started preparing.
As a friendly advice, you have compartmentalized ypur thesis statment in only economic terms. after that, you are mentioning education and social related problems.
Nowadays almost everyone know regarding aid , even the examiner. Since 1947 top economic aid receiving countries are Israel, South Korea, England, India, Turkey. How is their economic situation?
Furthermore, you have mentioned about Japan, which after WWII recieved huge economic aid to rebuild itself.
You have written really well! but again, the question arises that can you justify your argument?
