I had a book from Amanullah Gondal. That was the only material I had. Read it only once. I think it took me ~2 days. As I said, the marks are unexpected. But I attempted the questions in a very structured and proper way. Also, I had prepared essay for Status of women in Pakistan which helped me in the paper. Other than that, I did nothing special.
One last but very important thing: I had strong grip over core concepts, like waves, theories etc, which proved to be of immense help.
