Default Charms Strike the sight but merit wins the soul

The present norm of societies to regard the aesthetics and outlooks of things rather their qualities and inner souls (in case of humans) is best criticized by the phrase “ all that glitter is not Gold “. People regard the charm of things and respect the status of humans; they are more attracted by manipulated attitudes, sweet talks and well furnished expressions. They are inspired by advertisements and marketing tactics of enterprises and goods with elegant and smart packings. They like to attend those parties where they can meet some rich personalities and they want to be invited in elegant homes. This all has let them lose the real essence of societies: quality of products and purity in humans. It is important to note that humans would be rewarded in heavens upon their inners rather their outers. Their dressings, wealth and their large and nicely furnished houses would not be weighed. It would be quality of their deeds and purity of their attitudes, which would work. Islam has stressed over simplicity in life and purity of hearts which could not be achieved by manipulated attitudes but by integrating outers with inners. A person with good outlook may be liked but a person with good inner is sure to win the soul.
