Asslamulaikum,

I agree to the Administrator.
1) Specially: The grammatical position of "Specially" is Adverb. It is used for a special purpose.
Ex: It is a specially commissioned report.

2) Especially: It is also an Adverb, it means in Particular, for a special purpose.
Ex: I Love all of them, especially Ali.
It also means to a great extent, very much:
Ex: He did not especially like playing.
