Note: For the people who don't know this only 1/4th of the candidates made it through the psychometric test out of the total which were short listed. That is 3/4th were filtered out.

So leaving it to chance and just saying its all natural and on the spot thinking isn't going to be good enough. Do writing practice. plenty of ISSB words and TAT (Thematic appreciation test) pics available on line for you practice. Build up your writing speed and your writing should be clearly legible as well.
