Just wanted to say that in the recruitment procedure which you wrote and it was very good and comprehensive the MMPI test is more commonly called as the big 5 personality test or OCEAN test. And similarly REBT rest is commonly called as RISB (Rotter incomplete sentence blank).

So leaving it to chance and just saying its all natural and on the spot thinking isn't going to be good enough. Do writing practice. plenty of ISSB words and TAT (Thematic appreciation test) pics available on line for you practice. Build up your writing speed and your writing should be clearly legible as well.

Agree.. But the question is 'how to assess those writings?'

Hello, I want to know that where will be Psychometric test conducted? My test center was Hyderabad so will the psychometric test & Interview be also conducted in Hyderabad or some other place like Lahore or Islamabad?

Your psychometric test will be conducted in the same city and if Allah wills and you are selected in the next phase then if NAB office is in the same city, it will be conducted there, otherwise nearest city.

Is it only psychometric or some subjective english test too?
