Dear all,
I want to quit commercial banking and wants to join Micro finance bank. Guideline required from seniors that what are the merits and demerits of joining a Micro finance bank?

Dear as I know from my sceniors experience that everybody wants to move from Microfinance Banks to Commercial Banks. Microfinance Banking has its limited scope
