Default joint textile.......

NIP will give u 10000 for 12 months only. while if u join textile mill they will give u respectable earning and if u excel in the job, surely u will have great chances of being permanent employ.

Regards

MBA has a spectacular aura aboutMBA has a spectacular aura aboutMBA has a spectacular aura about
Default MT position is far better

Experience of Textile mill as MTO is better than that of Internee at NIP, my advise would be for Management Trainee position of Textile Mill.

Think big man. NIP internship is a temporary engagement whereas management trainee position will lead you to better career.

Your decisions should be long term career oriented. Don't compromise on your career growth opportunity by opting easy, temporary or leisure filled jobs. Don't play with your future by avoiding some extra effort.

Lightbulb MT is better

MT is better, one of my relative join an internship program (long internship- for one year) - of a Govt. own bank (under Ministry of finance) in Jan 2009 till June 2010 (1.5 year),
He was offered internship for one year and than extended further six months at a monthly stipend of Rs.12,000/- per month, but after that he was jobless for near about 6 months than he got job inn Meezan Bank.
It my suggestion go for a job as MT not for NIP internship.

Management Trainee in MNC rather then Textile Mill coz in MNC there z a proper career path, growth, reward, opportunities etc... what else a individual required.

I was selected as Management Trainee at Coca Cola Beverages and now am working as Key Accounts Executive, my next promotion will be Key Accounts Manager (Punjab) and then National Key Accouns Managerr ( All Over Pakistan)...
So, i personaly suggest nd recomend to go for MNCs rather then in Local Organizations.
