I am from Sillanwali (Distt Sargodha). My interview was very good. It was in Lahore RHQ, 2nd floor at 3 pm. there were 3 men. 2 were marking on some papers may be grading and 1 was asking Questions. Questions was:
your introduction
your family background (what does father do? how many sisters n brothers have you and what they do? have your any sister married?)
Will u continue job after marriage?
And then He come towards my Parda (Vail), Like why u do this etc. and sood b haram hai tu phir sood wali job q karain gi ap.
And that was it.
it was very nice experience.
I asked about result they said till 1st March or in 1st week of March.

Well, one thing is sure that they are just checking integrity, determination, confidence and availability in any of the work location rather than academic background and skills. Allah knows what is their target employee and I hope and confirmed from one of the UBL Manager that they will hire maximum people in this under process RBO's program. Inshaa Allah we all shortlisted candidates have maximum chance of selection. Best of luck

I also got a call for medical yesterday from karachi Head office, it depends on u whether u wana go for sales or operation, its wrng that this is a sales job

You are right Shahneel Ahmed,Well i had my interview in Lhr Regional office, not received call yet as selection is still in process, but they asked me whether you will work in front or back office, it indicate that they have the criteria for putting the candidates in operations as well as sales.

n what about cash????????

Well warda, as it is a retail bank officer job, the job description of which includes opening and closing different accounts, answering queries and discuss banking products and services with customers. The RBO has nothing to do with cash, I have confirmed job description from one of my known UBL manager.

My interview was on 23rd feb, Thursday at UBL Davis Road lahore. There were two men and a lady. They started the questionnaire by simply asking me that tell us about your family and ur academic qualification. All of them were very coperative and humble. The lady was asking most of the questions. They asked me about my siblings, father occupation, father income, about home etc.,
Overall it was good. There were no accounting or economics questions just simple and general knowledge questions.

but there is a confusion with me. That im doing BBA hnrs. Its my last sem. and have completed two years of becholars as well with a good cgpa and submitted my partial transcript also. But the lady said that our requirement is 16 year education. Now my question is that if their requirement is 16 year education then why did they shortlisted me for the final interview because i applied for this job on the basis of my two year BBA. I explained them this fact then they said that we'll clarify it then contact you. what you guys think about this???
