RBO is a multitasking job in first year. you learn every thing related to branch banking which is very useful for a person's career. After one year when RBO title finishes and you become normal employee of bank, then they give you a particular seat which may be Operations manager or Branch Manager/Personal Banker according to your performance and interest.

@NAVEED
RBO and BBO are same things brother. For the first 6 months you definitely work in operations for learning core banking and after 6 months there are two options; either you go for sales or operations. Choosing operations will help you in becoming Operations Manager and Choosing Sales will help you in becoming Branch Manager. And dont take sales job as field job. You just have to sit in branch and motivate and persuade the customers to do business with UBL. As a big bank, UBL has an entire huge separate section for field job. So you don't afraid of sales job. For me sales are best. Wo kehte hain na beth k stamps aur thapay lagane ko to har koi tayar hai, asal banda to wo hai jo apni organization ki growth k liye kuch extra ordinary kare. Believe me, you will see persons in Operations working from several years in low grades, and on the other side persons working in sales jump on grades and enjoy incentives, foreign tours, bonuses and much more.

And Seats were about 200 last time but this time seats are very less. so keep your hopes realistic.

I hope everything is cleared now
yep everything is cleared thanks alot, bro u mean that if interviewer ask for sale and operational we should say yes for both? as u said after 1 year you will be asked what u want to choose sales or operational....
