If someone is a IT genius then make a quick program that floods NTS site with multiple queries with a command that is meant to search 3300000-3309999

There is no protection on NTS site to block non human queries.

those who have the list, there're 2 ways to identify people of your province or city,
1. roll no.
2. the start of CNIC number.

it's not 100 percent accurate, because like myself, my domicile is balochistan but CNIC of karachi and roll no of islamabad.

you'll get more than 90% candidates. which is good enough..
