First of all I must say the interview was no way unapproachable. There was a team 6 senior managers taking the interview and there was not a single thing technical I was asked. They were expert in making the interviewee nervous and confused either by cross questioning or not letting you complete your answer and throw another question (in which they were succesfull in my case). Ultimately the winner is who doesn't lose confidence. My interview took max. 15 mins after a whole hour.
According to me interviewers were all pshychological experts!

Be aware! there was a person in the panel who got very annoyed when interviewee said that they dont know anything about SBP or BSC. So plz be prepared to prove that you know about it and do study their website.
I was also NOT asked about any monetary policy or such stuff

I am already there. what you told me is the same as I observed at Suparco. I had got throught the test but could not get through the interview. my mistakes were:

I got confused...they didnt even let me sit and relax for a second! i just entered the room and they started throwing questions on my head..

I recovered then after a few seconds and they asked me about my education, background, cast, relatives, fathers occupation,etc.

I mistakenly told them my cast.. they criticized it and asked many more questions such as renewable energy resources, functions of suparco, what is meant by Kilowatt hour? etc. there were some technical questions since I had applied for a technical vacancy.

Then they asked me about a moment when i was criticized, and it was my first impression which reflected that so many technical terms were alien to me. it is a key point whenever you go for an interview, you should be aware of the main functions of the organization...or else..u r lost. Ab ki parh ker jaungi

I m no more a fresh fruit. I am M. Sc. Applied physics and I have been working as an assistant manager for an international scientific journal since 2010 and my core task is to provide editorial assistance to the Editor in chief of the journal (Dr. Atta ur Rahman). I am proud of being associated with Dr. Sahab's scientific community but the only problem is that I am not a PhD. and I wont be promoted unless I get a PhD degree. This is not a practical approach for me to do further studies and job together. And by the way. why should I do PhD when I can avail many more chances of my career growth?
I have served for four different organizations.

Interview! what a surprize!! they knew everythng about me. bBfore I could tell them anything they told me who am I!!! ahha aisi investigation to mai ne kbi kisi ki nhi kii. lol

may be they knew so much about you by checking all the document copies you must had sent them..
