it would be appreciated if any of the successful candidates could shed some light on the weightage assigned to the nts score and the interview

It is quite possible. YPIP was open for candidates with all majors.

As per my knowledge, waiting list if for candidates who scored less then 70 in NTS test. And reserved list if for candidates who cleared the test, had their interview done.

Anyone with Sindh Rural domicile who has been selected or is on the reserved list??

I'm not sure but I guess there isn't any one person who has a final authority. There must be a panel of people who have a final authority.
