I want to know the highest paying bank in Pakistan.
Also all the bankers please share the prize money of different banks on passing ISQ exams stage I,II, and III.

i THINK State bank is High Paying Bank than Others, it have more Incentives for Thier Employee's

I guess you are right. i came to know that SBP is paying around Rs.100,000/- a month to OG-II.
But SBP and NBP are government banks. After these two banks which bank pays highest among commercial banks?

Correction:

Newly inducted OG-2 gets 45k+ in SBP.

Rs.100,000 might be of any experienced OG-2 due to length of his service. Fresh OG-2 starts from 45+ package.

Askari Commercial Bank Ltd. is also one of the best paying banks.

Raz Bhai can you tell me what would be the future of the Junior Officers at SBP, there starting pay is 25k and the Interview Panel clearly stated that the Contract Period is for 2 years, which means we will be laid off after 2 years? Interview Panel said it is a Teller's Job. I want to know what would be the future of this job, and if one gets selected into MCB as TBO which job should he choose? what would be the future of the TBO at MCB? Kindly guide me if you know or if any other senior knows
