If one joins YPIP
What are the benefits other than 40,000 salary?

What are the annual increments?
The inrements announced by federal government in budget are given to SBP employees also?

If one joins now, after two years how much can he/she expect in SBP-BSC?

Seniors please help

Especially brother RAZ guidance is required

Congrats to all who got letters n welcome to SBP-BSC
hmm .. the increments of federal / provincial govts arent applicable in SBP or SBP BSC .. they have their own structures .. own packages... own increments.. U can expect an in terms of finance increase of APPROX 20 to 30 % after two years ..

n other benefits .. hmm not smthing huge in financial terms initially .. Medical for spouse n you n children etc.. but i think everything including this must be mentioned in the offer letter too

Annual increment is 10% it means?

Dear what about fix increment that is for all employees at the end of fiscal year?

I have also read and heard that pay scales of SBP-BSC are to be revised soon

Is it so?
