salary starting from 20k , 23k, and 25k or 26k..and if target of branch are achieved then ok. otherwise low increments every year. bank getting profit and profit every year. but the 85% of staff of bank is getting very Little increments.

Depends on bank to bank. Small banks, little increment even if appraisal is very good. Plus one bonus in an year. Big banks increments are much much better plus they have 2 or 3 annual bonuses.

wat u guys feelings in banking industry who are about to begin the career. and i am in banking industry from 1 year.
wat benifits other banks giving to employees as compare to other banks.

Meray bhai ap nay 10 15 years tu ik he bank mei nahe guzarnay. Jab ap switch karain gain tu 20% to 40% raise milay ga isi liye initially you have to switch to other bank.

i am working as a OG 3 Operation Manager in UBL i was selected RBO in 2012 and I have permanent job

initial salary was 22000/- after one year apraisal my salary increased to 25000 aprox and i am getting key allowance which is 4k means in 1 n half year i have got 7k increase and in dec 2013 another appraisal is due

other benefits are there as well which includes 2 eid bonuses , 1 closing bonuse

above all UBL is one of the oldest bank of Pakistan and there is job security

waiting for the end of 2 years i am gonna switch if i get 30% increase with the og 2 grade my salary will be somewhere 36k to 40k i hope soo :P

Dear it depends on the kind of degree you have and in which department you are working. If you are a garduate from a mediocre university and start your career in branch banking then there is not much ahead. However, if you are a MBA from lets say LUMS or IBA and start your career in corporate banking or treasury or investment banking then chances are that you will end up good. Successful bankers start their careers from Rs. 22,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month and easily reach Rs. 250,000 to Rs. 300,000/- per month in 10 to 15 years time. Even more successful bankers who become Presidents eventually have salaries up to Rs. 25,00,000/- to Rs. 10,000,000/- per month.

my designation is Senior Officer 2.
from traing officer batch.
startinng salary 20000 per mnth on probation.
23000 after confirmation
my salary becomes 26000 bcz of my 18 years education.
