with grace of Almighty Allah i am selected for MTO Allied bank, our orientation is at Islamabad on 9th feb and training will start from 29th feb Insha Allah.

ABL is not providing Residence to MTOs and you should arrange as early as possible before comencement of trainning.

What are the career growth opportunities in ABL MTO program, and what is the package they are offering? anyone?

Growth path is good one...you will get promotion after 3 years..and you can also be promoted before that if you are good at work...
Salery is 25K in training phase and after that 32k for normal employess and for the top 5% in test 35k will be starting pay...
there is 10% increment on salery after every 6 months and it is compound increment
so after 3 years the salery should be around 60k

Thanks, tomorrow is my interview, kindly tell me on which area I will focus?

Moreover, I received offer letter for Monitoring Assistant (BPS-14) education dept govt of sindh. If I was selected as an MTO, should I go with ABL?

No, Government job is much relax and better than any private bank job, because bank job is completely mentally torturing, so joing your Education Department

My interview at karachi went good, they asked me about Current ratio, Acid ratio, Accounting cycle, Financial leverage and elements of accounting. In last they asked me about my family. That was really good experience.!!

My Interview was good they just asked me about my previous job and asked what is primary and secondary market and family background.
