Nai janab MTO ki job zyada behtr hai. Kyon k meri salary 15000 hai r ye NCHD permanent b ni hai. Main apni current jo se ABL MTO ko zyada prefer karta hon. But ALLAH ko ye manzoor ni. But main ne USA ka visa apply kia hai. INSHA ALLAH behtr ho ga.

bhai dont b regretful, i've also suffered in the hands of ABL. I had cleared all selection stages in 2011, n then i was called to Isb to receive my Appointment letter, that day they revealed to me that i was overage for them.... out of 200 candidates, i was the only one rejected....!!! but i thanked to ALLAH that HE stopped me from goint to Hell... Bank's job is Haram + extremely tough. It was blessing in disguise for me, now i am very much settled in private job n earning reasonable amount of money. I believe that same is the case with U. don't lose heart, ur time will come. just have faith on ALLAH AL MIGHTY.... stay blessed

Aoa, Furqan bhai can u plzzz tell ur case, why u r rejected on that day?? kya ye baat onko pehle nai pata lagi?? aap ki age kya thi os time?? Bhai actually my frend is also have slightly same case, According to ABL age is not more than 27 on 30th september 2012, but he was 27 on 18th september, it means 12 din ka faraq hy..... kindly aap apna case bta dain.

mainay ABL MTO k ly apply kia tha, test dia ksi nay age nahe pochi, interview dia tou ksi nay age nahe pochi. phir final selection ho gye or orientation k ly call aye, wahan pay jub dox + cnic check kia to kaha k ap tou over age ho. hamara selection criteria to 28 age walon k ly hai or ap 31 ho. mainay pocha k agar aise he bat the to phir mujhy test + interviews main Q call kia, tou unhon nay kaha k agar ap ko us waqt ksi nay nahe roka to ab rook rahay hain, orientation rakhe he is ly hai k selection process yahan pay complete + verify ho jy........

bhai jo case main ne apko opar btaya hy, os may tou mera dost just 12 din opar hy, and os ne test bhe clear kia and interview bhe dia.... ap ke khayal may wo eligble hy ya nai??

Bhai ye apni kismat ki baat hai k koi over age ho r wo select ho jaye warna ye bank wale is mamle main bary strict hain. Mera aik dost just 2 din bra tha required date se tu NBP walon ne interview ni liya jab k usi batch main 1 bnda 2 mnth over age tha r wo select ho gya. Wo tu training k baad NBP walon ne dekha but us ko reject ni kia us waqt. ABL walon ka pta ni kia krty hain. Aap ALLAH pe bharosa rakhen INSHA ALLAH behtr ho ga.
