i signed the meezan bank bond ... now doing job there on training 2 and half month

... and now today i received call from ABL to come on 22 feb in multan for interview.. don,t know wat to do... signed bond of 150000 for 2 years ... either is it right to leave meezan and go for abl if i got success in interview ... or stay in meezan .. donn,t know either to go for interview or not...
i think oackage is same in both bank...
wat is abl offering to MTOs..... can any one suggest me wat to do, ???

some one shared before ABL package as 20k during training, 25k after training with 10% increment semi-annually till 2 years.
People talk about growth potential in ABL, but when i personally visited nearest branch and talked an employee and found unsatisfied.

Generally, apart from SBP and NBP and few banks with corporate banking as core business paying comparatively high. Rest all are offer similar package with few thousand differential. With time it do get better.

So i think focus should not be package but growth potential within organization.

no idea brother, according to the HR personnel Lahore and Multan interviews are pending. Hope for good.

I found a candidate from Lahore at Islamabad, few called to appear at Multan. No idea at all
