My interview was on 21st at Multan. Interview was ok..... that was not so technical, according to my experience they were only checking two things in interview you confidence plus your reliability.
They are hiring for rural areas this time so they want to make sure that the candidate belongs to that area and he wanted to work outside anywhere. If you answer positively in this regard i think your chances of being selected are more.
They asked me that if we appoint you at Quetta and you are suppose to join tomorrow what will you do???
Secondly my test was at lahore and basically i belongs to bhakkar, and they told me very clearly that in Lahore they have no vacnat positions in next 6 years.... and after selection what is surety that you will not use safarish for your transfer to anywhere else..... if you will do at that time it will be considered as negative point.....

Thats it....

arfeen are they done with all their interviews all over the country?any idea when they are gona offer?

i dont know what happen but interview is very short eventhough interviewer is also fed up for conducting lot so interview so hope for best.

reason behind it is so obvious that they have called too many candidates for interview.............very strange.........

sab sy zada hiring multan region mein hoti ha ye to confrm ha.but itny choty interview sy evaluate krna bht mushkal ha. i think selection mein interview k marks kam houn gy .

rana sab isb me tu 300+ logon k interview hoe hn,,,,,,,,,,pta nae posts ktni hngi?or kuch logo k tu october me b interview hoe hn.......

wow what a great interview i have today...
when i reached abl, there were almost 10-15 guys in waiting area... mostly belong to sahiwal and rahim yar khan.
only 2 candidates came from lahore and strange thing is k both are girls... the one was me and other one sitting with her mother.
when i called for interview there was only one person who took 'so called' interview.
he asked me about my education and when came to know k i belong to lahore; he was so surprised k ap agar lahore se belong kerti hain tou ap multan mein kia ker rahi hain... lahore mein koi position nai hai tou ap kese manage ker sakti hain or blaa blaa... i tried to deal all this discussion in a manner k its not a big issue and i can manage; having no problem. then he said k we will try to consider you for this postion if possible. i replied k why r u disappointing me????
he said k agar male candidate ho tou usay tou out of city post kernay ka socha ja sakta hai but it would be difficult for females
i said no its not... then he said k wese tou hum nay jo females quota rakha hua hai wo b pura nai ho raha so hope for the best but keep in mind k no post available in lahore i said i have already prepared for it.
that was my interview; no question related to my subject, perh perh k demagh ghoom gaya or kuch b nai pucha

Hmmmm mmm mm. Its strange. But Insha Allah You will get selected. Hope for the best. Best of luck... Did any body there tell about final selection date???
