wat about the bonuses in abl ???/
how much bonses are given in abl to employes in one year ...
if any one knows plz give complate packge detail of abl ...

People talk about growth potential in ABL, but when i personally visited nearest branch and talked an employee and found unsatisfied.

So i think focus should not be package but growth potential within organization.
Tazz bro. meezan is offering same 20000 in training and after this 23000... but not fixed annual increment. it depends upon branch manager how much he give to u.. and it is annualy... but gives more bonuses.. approx 4 to 5 bonuses on ur basic salary... abl is giving 10 percent on semi annualy.. which is very very good but i dn,t know about their bonuses pakcgae...

also if i leave meezan and pay 150000 rupees to meezan.. either it will be worth for me to go abl and complete those 150000 from abl .. wat benefit....
i don,t know waat to do..

confused and cant make any decision wat to do ....
if any senior member who knows better about it plz give me advice wat to do.. who knows these both banks very good and basic level
